RE: Updating Work Location and Information in UCPath
 

Dear UCSB UCPath Transactors,  

Under California Assembly Bill 119, the University has a legal obligation to provide accurate and timely information about the physical work location of represented employees to their respective unions. Please refer to the communication sent on 10/08/2021 regarding departmental responsibility for the initial process to update the Location and Cubicle information by November 10, 2021.

Departments are also responsible for the ongoing maintenance of these key fields, and can now reference a new resource page on UCSB’s UCPath website dedicated to helping maintain accurate Location and Cubicle information. This resource page provides printable instructions, outlines key details, and clarifies the ongoing process for updating work location for represented employees within UCPath.

Reminder: There are two newly represented job titles, AO2 (7376) & SYS ADM 2 (7303), that should be included in your efforts to update location information for union employees.
