RE: UCPath Project - SCT Go-Live Info 

As previously communicated, we are currently in a freeze time for the General Ledger (GL) module in UCPath. On Monday, November 13th, 2023 the new Salary Cost Transfer (SCT) tool will be live in UCPath. For more information on this project, please visit the UCSB UCPath SCT Redesign Project site. 

Important Reminders: 

  • 11/9/23 - 11/12/23: Cutover weekend - UCPath will be migrating configuration and code changes to UCPath production. 
  • During the cutover weekend, UCPath will cancel pending direct retro and funding entries as of 11/3/23 and notify location teams about the canceled transactions
  • During the freeze time frame 11/06/23 – 11/12/23, UCSB will not provision UCPath Security roles for campus users. Please refrain from submitting any UCPath Access Requests until Monday 11/13/23. All UCPath Security role provisioning will resume starting 11/13/23.

Following the go-live, the UCSB SCT project team will host office hours to support users through this change. Office hours will be available on Monday, 11/13, Tuesday, 11/14, and Wednesday, 11/15 of next week from 1:00 p.m. PST - to 2:30 p.m. PST.
