Hello UCSB UCPath Transactors, 

The following message includes key information and impacts related to the Financial Management Modernization  (FMM) CCOA cutover and the July Release in UCPath. Please review the information carefully, as it may contain items that affect your work.

FMM Common Chart of Account (CCOA) Release and Cutover:

  • This release completes the transition from COA to CCOA as part of the FMM project.
  • While UCPath will be available during this weekend work, Saturday, July 5, and Sunday, July 6, the freeze of General Ledger (GL) administration is in effect.
  • UCPath will go live with the new CCOA on Monday, July 7, when all GL functions are back online.

July Project Release and Cutover:

  • This release includes the UCPath Upgrade, Modernized UCPath Portal Landing Page, and Improve Employee and Manager Self-Service. 
  • Beginning Friday, July 11 at 12 pm through Sunday, July 13, UCPath will be unavailable.
  • UCPath will go live with the July release features and functionalities on Monday, July 14

Code Freeze:
From June 28 through July 25, no new changes, updates, or features are allowed to be added to UCPath production—this includes any configurations, such as adding or modifying Departments and Location codes. Emergency items may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
