RE: A New URL to Access OACIS for Managers and Supervisors
Currently, managers and supervisors access OACIS by logging in at jobs.ucsb.edu/hr. At 10 p.m. tonight, all remaining open jobs in OACIS will be closed, and our legacy OACIS site for managers and supervisors will be issued a new URL of admin.jobs.ucsb.edu/hr.
Beginning tomorrow, May 27, please use admin.jobs.ucsb.edu/hr to manage and close out any remaining recruitments in OACIS by June 30, view historical records, access the job description library, and submit job description actions in OACIS.
For questions regarding access to OACIS, submit a ticket to Human Resources ServiceNow >Login>Classification & Compensation>OACIS. For questions regarding the transition to TAM, please visit hr.ucsb.edu/employment.
