RE: UCPath Update: Cubicle Field Added to HR Templates

Dear UCSB UCPath Transactors,  

Effective November 2, 2021, the Smart HR and Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) templates include a cubicle field (UCP-103445). This custom field allows Locations to add the employee's cubicle information in accordance with AB-119 union reporting requirements.

Departments are responsible for adding office or cubicle detail, if needed, on Hire templates as well as Prepare for Hire in TAM

Click on the following examples for a screenshot of the cubicle field:

Training Resources (In Process): Smart HR template and TAM training resources are currently being updated to reflect these changes.
