RE: UCPath Project: Coming Soon: A New Look for UCPath
Hello UCSB Campus Community,
On July 14th, UCPath will debut an updated design for all users. Employees and managers will notice a completely redesigned portal landing page and self-service, featuring a modern layout and enhanced accessibility.
As part of this transition, UCPath will be unavailable from Friday, July 11, at noon through Monday, July 14, at 6:00 AM to support this release.

New Landing Page:
What’s Not Changing
- Login and Security: Your login and security settings are not changing.
- Access to Features: You will still be able to view your pay, benefits, leave balances, and other existing tools.
- Familiar Functionality: The features and tasks you rely on today will continue to function as they always have. Your saved Favorites will remain intact and continue to work as expected.
- Little to No Learning Curve: While the look is new, how you complete your everyday tasks will remain familiar.
What’s Changing
- Menu navigation will move from the left-hand side to a new top-level menu. Transactors will find the redesigned UCPath and portal resources in the new Transactor Hub, top-level menu, and the Workcenter & Resources tabs.
- Existing bookmarks to UCPath portal landing pages will stop working when the new interface launches. If you have bookmarks saved, be sure to update them in your browser.
Important to Know
To prepare for these changes, the following eForms will be unavailable.
