RE: UCPath Planned June and July Outages: Important Dates and Impacts
Two offline periods of UCPath Online will occur in June and July to accommodate the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBL) transition to UCPath.
Key dates/times UCPath Online will be offline:
- 10 p.m. on Friday, June 26 until 6 a.m. on Monday, June 29
- 10 p.m. on Friday, July 17 until 6 a.m. on Monday, July 20
During these times, neither employees nor functional users (including central offices) will have access to the system. Although the outages will not impact timekeeping or payroll deadlines, it will be critical for departments to plan ahead and process transactions before the outages to assure correct pay on the pay dates during and immediately following the outages.
Employee Self-Service Actions with Limited Availability in June and July
During the outages, employees will not have access to UCPath Online and will not be able to:
- View earning statements and W-2s
- Make address changes
- Enroll in direct deposit
- Make benefit selections
