Dear UCSB UCPath Transactional Users,  

In anticipation of the upcoming fall season and higher transaction volume, which could lead to an increase in processing time, UCPath would like to remind our location partners of the following: 

  • Leverage the Mass Hire process where appropriate; for assistance or coordination with Mass Hire files, please reach out to: massprocessing@ucop.edu
  • For transaction scenarios requiring escalation or special handling, please continue to follow established escalation models
    • Note: Transactions submitted within payroll processing deadlines do not need to be escalated as we will prioritize these to ensure accurate payroll processing

We appreciate your understanding and support as we prepare for this upcoming fall transaction season.
