Mark your Calendars! UCPath Quarterly Transactor Training

The next UCPath Instructor-Led Training classes will be conducted via Zoom from Monday, April 28th, to Thursday, May 1st, 2025.

While there is no specific order for the courses, completing the E-Courses first is highly recommended to build foundational knowledge and context for the instructor-led sessions. Participants must complete all required courses, including online and instructor-led workshops, to gain UCPath access.

Full communication will be coming via D-List the week of March 17, 2025.

ePerformance

We are nearing the end of the 2024/2025 ePerformance evaluation cycle, which concludes on March 31, 2025. At this stage, managers, supervisors, and employees should be engaged in Steps 3–5 of the process:

  • Step 3: Finalize Criteria – Supervisors must finalize performance criteria, triggering a system notification to employees. No further goal-setting is required.
  • Step 4: Evaluation in Progress – Both employees and supervisors complete their evaluations in ePerformance. Employees should submit self-evaluations by March 15, though extensions may be granted. Supervisors must enter evaluations for policy-covered employees by March 31.
  • Step 5: The Approval Process – The evaluation moves through approvals, review meetings, and acknowledgment steps to reach completion.

Key Reminders:

  • Save your work frequently to prevent data loss.
  • Evaluations must be stored in personnel files per policy guidelines.
  • Employees wishing to add comments post-meeting should submit them as an attachment via their supervisor.

Reports To Requirements:

We are conducting a UCPath Data Integrity review to ensure all employees have a designated supervisor. Some employees currently appear to be reporting to a vacant position, which must be corrected.

For Staff Updates:

For Single Headcount Positions: Update the "Reports To Position" field via PayPath using the Position Change Reason “RTC.”

For Multi-Headcount Positions: Submit a ticket through Human Resource Services > HRIS > Request for Update to a Staff Position.
