The next UCPath Instructor-Led Training classes will be conducted via Zoom from Monday, April 28th, to Thursday, May 1st, 2025. See full communication here.
On May 7th, 2025, Duo MFA login will be changing and this includes when logging into UCPath. SMS/text codes and phone callback will be disabled and Duo Verified Push will be deployed.
- For users who already use Duo Mobile, the login experience will look different. Duo Verified Push displays a unique 4-digit verification code in the login window of the protected application. The user enters this 4-digit code into their Duo Mobile app to complete the authentication process.
- Watch a demo of Duo Verified Push.
- Users who have been relying on text or phone callback codes will need to download the Duo Mobile app on their devices or request a hard token.
Starting April 30th, 2025, employees who have not completed their Cybersecurity Awareness Fundamentals training in the UC Learning Center will lose access to systems behind SSO login (including UCPath) until they complete the training.
- Non-compliant users will receive both email and browser warnings well in advance of losing access, and will regain access as soon as they complete the training.
