RE: Resolving W-2 Errors for Former Employees
Former employees attempting to log into the UCPath portal using the “Former Employees” link may have experienced login issues that resulted in re-registration or password reset requests.
If a former employee contacts you for help, please follow the instructions below:
Date of Birth:
Users must include the forward-slash (/) when entering the Date of Birth during registration or password reset: mm/dd/yyyy.
Intermittent connectivity issues
The security validation error was corrected if the user experienced intermittent security validation errors that prevented access to the Former Employee portal.
If a user clicking the browser back button from the Former Employee portal login page encountered a stale request, they should return to the Former Employee portal login page and try to log in again.
