Important Update about the URL to Access OACIS for Managers and Supervisors

RE: Important Update about the URL to Access OACIS for Managers and Supervisors

Yesterday, we communicated to all OACIS users asking them to begin using the new URL at admin.jobs.ucsb.edu/hr for access to our legacy OACIS site for managers and supervisors.

However, when testing admin.jobs.ucsb.edu/hr last night, it generated error messages. We have resolved the issue and updated the links on the HR web pages accordingly.

Please clear your browser history and begin using jobs.ucsb.edu/hr to:

• Manage and close remaining recruitments in OACIS by June 30
• Access the job description library
• Submit job description actions in OACIS

For questions about OACIS, submit a ticket to Human Resources ServiceNow >Login>Classification & Compensation>OACIS. For questions regarding the transition to TAM, please visit hr.ucsb.edu/employment.
