RE: Wage Increases and Lump Sum Payments for Employees Represented by CX/Teamsters
The CX/Teamsters bargaining unit ratified a new multi-year contract on October 21, 2022. The following negotiated wage increase and lump sums are currently being processed and will be implemented in UCPath soon. HR is collaborating with the UCPath center on implementation, therefore no action is required by the department.

*Non-supervisory employees in Library Professional 3 (6267) and Library Professional 4 (6268) titles (accreted March 22, 2022) who received the Policy-Covered 4.5% general increase in July 2022 will receive an additional 1.5% increase, plus retroactive pay.
**Included in eligibility are the non-supervisory employees in Library Professional 3 (6267) and Library Professional 4 (6268) titles (accreted March 22, 2022) who are non-probationary and career.

Employees on Unpaid Leave or Short Work Break: Increases for eligible employees on unpaid leave of absence or short work break will be included in this process. No further action is needed by the department. The increase will become effective on the date the employee returns from unpaid leave/short work break.
