Please plan for this downtime and complete the necessary UCPath activities before the outage.

Prepping for Downtime:

  • Coordinate between transactors and approvers.
  • Review department processes and tasks that take place in March that may be impacted by deadlines and downtime.
  • It is recommended to complete the approval of all AWE transactions before the downtime.
  • Submit all requests/transactions by the deadlines communicated by Payroll,  Timekeeping, Human Resources, and Academic Personnel.
  • Approve transactions before noon on Friday, March 8, 2024.
