RE: TAM Alert: Production Browse Job Opening Issue
Good morning all TAM Hiring Managers,
Yesterday an issue for “Browse Job Openings” was reported in production where some users are not able to view some or all of their job openings on the page as per their expectations. UCPath informed us last night that they have yet to find out the root cause of this issue and are awaiting a response from Oracle.
For now, below is the possible workaround which might not be applicable to all users but want to share to proceed temporarily:
- Hiring Managers who have TAM Manager Self Service (MSS) access, they can view the jobs thru “My Open Jobs” thru Recruiting WorkCenter
For Users: who are just interviewers and do not have any of the above access (my job opening pagelet or TAM MSS role), this seems to be still an outstanding issue, and for those users, we are being told that we should be having a permanent solution soon.
