Dear UCSB Campus Community, 

Salesforce is experiencing a system wide outage impacting the following UCPath applications:

  • Ask UCPath 
  • UCPath Case Management
  • UCPath Resource Center


These are the case inquiry and ticketing systems for UCPath issues and concerns, as well as the training resource center. 

We are working diligently with Salesforce to resolve the issue and will provide additional information when it becomes available.
