On October 10, 2026, UCPath introduced security enhancements to protect employee accounts and support the early identification of potentially high-risk activity.
What’s New

- Users can reset their responses by entering new answers and saving them
- Users will continue to access the page through the existing verification process
Direct Deposit Notifications
- Direct deposit change notifications will be sent to all email addresses on file
- The notification will instruct employees to contact UCPath if they did not make the change
UCPath Notice for Direct Deposit Changes
- Employees who make a direct deposit change will see a targeted, non-dismissible notice in UCPath for 30 days
- The notice will help ensure employees are aware of recent direct deposit changes when they log in
What You Need to Do
No action is required. Employees can continue to make direct deposit changes and reset their security question responses when needed. Employees who receive a direct deposit notification for a change they did not make should follow the instructions in the notification to contact UCPath.
