UCPath Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM)
Beginning June 1, UCSB will transition to a unified applicant-tracking system called Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) to facilitate staff (non-student) hiring. TAM is a module available in the UCPath PeopleSoft suite for hiring managers to perform staple recruitment functions. The jobs portal will still be located at jobs.ucsb.edu.
How to Request a TAM Hiring Manager Role
Department Security Administrators (DSAs) can request the UCPath TAM Hiring Manager Role for employees/managers by submitting a ticket via the IT Services self-portal at ithelp.ucsb.edu and selecting Enterprise Business Applications > UCPath Technology Services > UCPath Access Request — Department.
